- No Minimums: Items will be sold without reserve.

- Item Pickup Service: Auction items can be picked up within the Bartlesville and surrounding areas at $50 per hour (one‑hour minimum).
- Item Delivery Service: Purchased items can be delivered within the Bartlesville and surrounding areas at $50 per hour (one‑hour minimum).
- Legal Compliance: No illegal items will be accepted. All Federal and State laws are strictly observed.
- Accepted Payments: Credit card must be on file with HiBid to bid
- Tax Exemption: Available with proper documentation.
Commission Fee Structure Per Item
- $1 – $1,000: 30% commission
- $1,001 – $2,500: 25% commission
- $2,501 and above: 15% commission
Special commission rates may be available based on the quantity of items consigned, the quality of products, or for repeat customers. Ask about special commission rates for guns & vehicles.
